Our Services

Orelux does not only sell finished pieces. Marble is natural stone — every slab differs in veining and colour, and most homes have measurements that standard pieces do not fit. So we cover the whole journey with three services: cutting a piece to your dimensions, choosing the stone that suits your space, then delivering and installing it without you carrying the weight.

How the service works, step by step

1. Measurements and idea — You send us the measurement and a photo of the room if you can. If you are not sure what size suits, we help you work it out; our coffee-table size guide in the blog explains the numbers that prevent regret.
2. Choosing the stone — We show you the available marble and onyx types and their real differences in hardness, porosity and price — not looks alone. You can request a sample to see the stone under your own lighting before deciding.
3. Making it — The stone is cut, polished and mounted on the base you chose. We tell you the expected time before starting, and we do not begin until you have approved the final measurement.
4. Delivery and installation — We deliver the piece wrapped and install it in place. Marble is heavy and fragile at the edges, and this is the stage where most damage happens — so we do not leave it to you.

Where we serve

We deliver and install across every Egyptian governorate. Delivery starts at 250 EGP for Cairo, Giza and Qalyubia and rises with distance; the exact cost appears at checkout before you confirm, not after. Cash on delivery is available.

Not every piece needs to be custom

If your measurement is close to one of the ready sizes, the ready piece is faster and cheaper — and we will tell you so plainly. Custom work is worth it when the space is unusual, when you want a particular stone, or when a piece has to match something you already own.
