Orelux is a specialist in luxury natural marble and onyx furniture and accents, crafting a unique, lasting touch for every home.
Orelux (أوريلوكس) is a natural marble and onyx furniture workshop and shop in Egypt. We make coffee tables, side tables, dining tables and desks, and stone lighting pieces, from natural stone chosen block by block — not from engineered slabs or reconstituted marble.
How we work
Every piece starts with choosing the block. Marble veining is not a printed pattern but the record of how the stone formed, which is why no two pieces match however alike the names — and why we show the customer the stone before it is cut rather than after. The stone is then cut to size, hand-polished, its edges worked, and set on a base of solid wood or metal according to the design.
Finished pieces are listed in the shop with their sizes and prices. If your space needs a different size, custom work is available through a custom order: send the measurements and the stone you want, and you get a price and a lead time before committing to anything.
The stone we work with
We work in natural marble across its colours — black with white and gold veining, white, green, and Italian Breccia — and in natural onyx, the semi-translucent stone that passes light and is used for the illuminated pieces. The differences are not only visual: they vary in porosity, in resistance to staining, and in how much daily wear they show, which is what the marble guide explains before you choose.
Delivery and installation
We deliver and install every piece ourselves, anywhere in Egypt — we do not hand our work to a courier. Stone is heavy and fragile at once, and most of what breaks, breaks in transit or during fitting; those are exactly the two stages we do not leave to anyone else. Each piece is foam-wrapped inside reinforced board and set in place by our own hands.
That is also why cash on delivery stays available: you see the piece in front of you, check it arrived as it should, and then pay. Delivery cost depends on the governorate and is shown at checkout before you confirm — no surprises after the purchase.
Before you buy
Marble is porous and reacts with acids. That is something we say before the sale rather than after. Anyone wanting marble on a dining table needs to know how to care for it; anyone wanting it on a desk or a coffee table will not meet the problem in the first place. The recurring questions are collected in the FAQ, and you can also request a sample to see and handle the stone before deciding.
